Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging in any relationship counselling services with Blooming Souls & Psyche Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up for counselling services as a couple, you (“clients”, “you”) agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
Our relationship counselling services aim to support couples in exploring emotional, psychological, and interpersonal issues in a safe and confidential setting. Counselling does not guarantee specific outcomes, but is intended as a supportive process to help clients understand and manage their relationship dynamics.
2. Eligibility
- Clients must be 18 years or older.
- Services are open to married couples, partners, or individuals seeking support for relationship-related concerns.
- Sessions may be conducted in-person or online, based on availability.
3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Sessions are strictly by prior appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full, except in emergencies.
- Persistent no-shows or late cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.
4. Confidentiality
- All information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases of:
- Threat to life (self or others)
- Abuse or exploitation (including child or elder abuse)
- Legal obligations (court orders, legal notices)
- Notes and records are stored securely and accessible only to authorized professionals.
5. Joint and Individual Sessions
- Relationship counselling may involve joint and/or individual sessions.
- Any information shared in individual sessions may remain confidential unless specifically consented to be disclosed in joint sessions.
- The therapist is not a mediator or arbitrator; our role is to support communication and understanding, not to judge or take sides.
6. Session Duration and Fees
- Standard session length: [1 Hour]
- Fees are payable before or at the beginning of each session.
- Payment can be made via [UPI, bank transfer].
- Invoices can be issued on request.
Note: No refunds are issued for completed sessions.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue counselling services if:
- Sessions become unproductive, disrespectful, or unsafe
- Therapeutic boundaries are violated
- One or both partners are uncooperative or abusive
- Ethical concerns arise, or if referrals to other professionals are needed
8. Use of Technology (for Online Counselling)
- Online sessions are conducted via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Ensure privacy during online sessions to maintain confidentiality.
- We are not liable for data breaches that occur due to platform-specific issues beyond our control.
9. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to:
- Communicate respectfully
- Avoid abusive, threatening, or violent behavior
- Attend sessions on time
- Participate with openness and willingness to reflect
10. Disclaimer
- Counselling is not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychiatric advice.
- We do not provide legal counsel for divorce, custody, or property matters.
- In case of psychiatric disorders, addiction, or domestic violence, referrals to appropriate specialists may be made.
11. Limitation of Liability
Blooming Souls & Psyche Pvt. Ltd. and its professionals will not be liable for:
- Decisions made by clients during or after therapy
- Relationship outcomes (including separation or reconciliation)
- Any incidental or indirect loss resulting from participation in counselling
12. Intellectual Property
All content shared during sessions or as part of the counselling process (worksheets, guides, tools) remains the intellectual property of Blooming Souls & Psyche Pvt. Ltd. and must not be copied or redistributed without permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

By scheduling or attending counselling sessions, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to participate voluntarily.
- You acknowledge the nature, limitations, and scope of the services provided.
